The cheapest delivery option when you don't mind waiting.

  • Your order will be delivered by the local postal service or partner within the estimated timeframe for your country. We will send you the tracking number of your package. In case of an unsuccessful delivery attempt or if you arrange this with the courier, your package can be stored in the nearest post office or Parcel Shop.
  • When receiving your shipment from the courier, please check there is no damage to the outer packaging. If the package is damaged, file a damage claim with the courier and let us know about the situation.

Delivery by DHL Express

More expensive but guaranteed service. Orders placed before noon are dispatched the very same day. 95% of all orders are delivered on the next business day.

  • Your order will be delivered by DHL Express within the estimated timeframe for your country. We will send you the tracking number of your package. Of course, you will be informed by e-mail about the expected date of delivery. In case you are not in, there will be another delivery attempt on the next business day. The courier will make 3 attempts maximum.
  • You can track your order at the official UPS website (https://www.dhl.com/en/express/tracking.html) or you can use UPS My Choice to change the delivery or manage preferences.
  • Please check your parcel upon delivery and while the driver is still present. If the items appears to have been tampered with in any way, please advise the driver and refuse the delivery. In this case please contact us and we will talk about next steps.
  • If you do not advise damage to the driver at the time of delivery, this could reduce the chances of a successful claim if needed.
  • When you have accepted the parcel, but notice damage upon opening it, please contact our customer service.
  • Only prepaid orders are accepted for DHL delivery service. 
  • All parcels require a signature upon delivery.
